1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer," "Renter," or "you") and Khalijona ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a luxury car rental business operating in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

These Terms govern your access to and use of our website at khalijona.online, as well as any rental transaction, reservation, or service engagement with Khalijona. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time with notice posted on our website.

2 Eligibility & Rental Requirements

To rent a vehicle from Khalijona, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Minimum Age: Be at least 21 years of age (25 for certain high-performance or exotic vehicles, as specified at time of booking)
• Valid Driving License: Hold a valid Saudi Arabian driving license or an internationally recognized driving license accepted in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
• Valid Identification: Present a valid National ID (for Saudi citizens), Iqama (for residents), or a valid passport (for tourists)
• Payment Method: Provide a valid credit or debit card in your name for payment and security deposit
• Clean Driving Record: We reserve the right to decline service to applicants with a history of serious traffic violations or accidents

Khalijona reserves the right to verify all documentation and refuse rental to any individual who fails to meet eligibility requirements.

3 Reservation & Booking

Reservations can be made via our website contact form, email, or telephone. A reservation request is not confirmed until you receive a written confirmation from our team.

• Reservations are subject to vehicle availability at the time of confirmation
• We may substitute a reserved vehicle with one of equal or higher value if the original is unavailable
• All reservations require a refundable security deposit, the amount of which varies by vehicle category
• Reservation confirmations will be sent to the email address provided at time of booking
• Khalijona reserves the right to decline any reservation at its sole discretion

4 Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in Saudi Arabian Riyal (SAR) and represent the daily rate. The total amount due will be calculated based on the number of rental days, selected add-ons, and any applicable fees.

Payment is accepted via credit card, debit card, or bank transfer. Cash payment is accepted at the discretion of Khalijona management. Full payment or a confirmed deposit must be made prior to vehicle handover.

5 Vehicle Use & Restrictions

By renting a vehicle, you agree to the following conditions of use:

• The vehicle may only be driven by the named renter and any approved additional drivers listed on the rental agreement
• Vehicles must remain within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia unless prior written approval has been obtained
• Vehicles must not be used for any illegal activity, racing, off-road driving, or towing
• Smoking is strictly prohibited in all Khalijona vehicles. A deep-cleaning fee of SAR 500 will be charged for violations
• Transportation of animals is not permitted without prior written approval
• You must comply with all traffic laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia at all times
• The vehicle must be returned in the same condition it was received, with the same fuel level (see Fuel Policy)

6 Insurance & Liability

All Khalijona vehicles are covered by a comprehensive insurance policy as required by Saudi law. The insurance covers:

• Third-party liability as per mandatory Saudi regulations
• Collision damage waiver (CDW), subject to an excess/deductible amount specified in the rental agreement

The following situations may void insurance coverage and make you fully liable for all damages:

• Driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any controlled substance
• Gross negligence or deliberate damage to the vehicle
• Use of the vehicle in violation of these Terms
• Providing false information at the time of rental

7 Damage & Accidents

In the event of an accident, breakdown, or damage to the vehicle, you must:

• Immediately notify Khalijona by calling our 24/7 emergency line: +966 57 384 3623
• In the event of a traffic accident, notify the Saudi Traffic Police (Muroor) and obtain an official accident report
• Do not admit fault or sign any statement without consulting Khalijona first
• Provide us with the accident report, photographs of damage, and third-party contact details

The customer is responsible for the deductible/excess amount as specified in the rental agreement. Any damage not covered by insurance will be the full responsibility of the renter.

8 Fuel Policy

All vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with a full tank. If returned with less fuel, a refueling service charge of SAR 50 plus the cost of fuel will be deducted from the security deposit.

9 Cancellations & Refunds

Please refer to our full Refund & Cancellation Policy for complete details. In summary:

• 48+ hours before pickup: Full refund of any pre-payment
• 24–48 hours before pickup: 50% of rental amount charged as cancellation fee
• Less than 24 hours: Full rental amount forfeited

Security deposits are always fully refundable upon vehicle return in satisfactory condition.

10 Prohibited Conduct

Users of our website and services must not:

• Provide false or misleading information in reservation forms or during the rental process
• Attempt to circumvent security measures on our website
• Use our services for any unlawful purpose contrary to the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
• Resell or sublease any Khalijona vehicle to a third party
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our website

11 Intellectual Property

All content on khalijona.online — including the name "Khalijona," the logo, text, images, design, and layout — is the exclusive property of Khalijona and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our website without prior written permission from Khalijona.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Saudi Arabian law, Khalijona shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use or inability to use our services
• Delays, cancellations, or modifications to reservations beyond our reasonable control
• Any personal injury or property damage arising from use of a rented vehicle beyond covered insurance limits

Khalijona's total liability to you for any claim arising from a rental transaction shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that specific rental period.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of Khalijona's services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
